For a permanent basic air exchange, our windows can be equipped with the GECCO (GEALAN CLIMA CONTROL) automatic ventilation system. The little flap with IQ effectively locks out annoying drafts and prevents mold growth. It transforms a normal window into a ventilation window, for your personal "comfort climate".

Closing sensors
Modern windows can be seamlessly integrated into security alarms and surveillance systems. With optional sensors, you can see at a glance which window is open and which is closed.
Our intelligent windows can also help reduce your heating costs. When the window is opened, an optional contact sensor reports this to the heating control. The result: then the window is open, the heater is turned off for the duration.
